Senior Account and Sales Executive - SU141

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales revenue and managing customer accounts for Omnitrol Networks products and solutions
  • Managing strategic partners and alliances for all sales related activities
  • Build multiple level in-depth relationships with assigned partner accounts (executive, sales, sales engineering, channels)
  • Develop proposals, presentations and competitive analysis for potential sales opportunities
  • Work with Marketing to drive market communications and demand creation programs, such as support for new initiatives at named accounts
  • Create, implement and own the geographic strategic account plan and revenue target for assigned partner accounts and their customers
  • Use local market intelligence and partner relationship to feed back trend and requirements to product management for product roadmap planning
  • Report business and opportunity status on a regular basis to sales leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum ten (10) years experience as a senior sales executive with a track record of successfully developing, managing and leveraging partner relationships to achieve aggressive sales plan
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing, logistics and supply-chain industries
  • Entrepreneurial attitude in developing, launching and selling breakthrough solutions and integrating the appropriate internal and external resources
  • Competitive drive and determination to achieve targets
  • Mature self starter, able to work in a complex environment with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational and negotiating skills
  • Experience in technical sales in shop-floor operations, manufacturing automation, asset tracking software systems is a plus
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office based products, Salesforce.com and pricing spreadsheets for pipeline and opportunity management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
  • Have the flexibility to travel at least 60%
  • BA required, MBA preferred
