Executive Admin - AU111

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and works collaboratively with other departments
  • Organizing travel itineraries for executives and managers
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Answering, screening and direct incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
  • Organizing, filing and maintaining business contact and partner information and files
  • Managing email and meetings for executive staff
  • Preparing/ compiling presentation.
  • General office administration and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum seven (7) years experience performing administrative functions for senior or executive level management
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes Ability to create tables; merge documents; create spreadsheets
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), organizational and time management skills; collaborative skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential business matters and information with discretion
  • Flexibility in hours and ability to work late on occasion
  • BA required
